VSS FOUNDER & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Tom founded VSS shortly after the huge disruptions caused by the COVID-19 crisis in 2020. He saw a different path to light focusing on digital transformations and realised there is no leadership without technology leadership. The recent rapid digital acceleration has placed technology as the cornerstone of global leadership. VSS are poised to have an outsized impact on the world around them and are rebuilding the world better than it was before the pandemic. That means connecting children, communities and organisations globally with professional athletes whilst focusing on mental health and well-being themes would become the VSS mission. Tom has vast experience as an international art educator, football coach, mentor and at the forefront of his mind wants the next generation to thrive, grow inclusively and use virtual platforms to connect the world together!

VSS are proud to welcome Tim Ream from 

Fulham FC and USMNT to the VSS family. Tim  undertakes a pivotal role as our VSS Global Athlete Liaison as well as our Mental Health and Well-Being Advocate. His knowledge, expertise and rapport are an integral part in developing relationships with professional athletes across the sporting world who share our core values at VSS. Furthermore, Tim continues to EMPOWER, INSPIRE and EDUCATE children by virtually engaging with them during our VSS Events in order to support their mental health and well-being. We are very honoured to have Tim on board at VSS and we look forward to having his leadership, personality and experience help push us to the next level!

Alan is a accomplished entrepreneur with a foundation in chartered accountancy, underpinning his successful business ventures. In addition to his financial expertise, he holds qualifications as a football coach and referee, reflecting his multifaceted skill set.

Driven by his passion for youth mental health, Alan has a keen interest on how sports icons can play a pivotal role in this crucial area. His dedication extends beyond this cause as he actively participates in the development of various other charitable organizations, making a lasting impact on numerous initiatives.
